ELCO Product Range incorporates coating systems for protection, rejuvenation and maintenance of a variety of surfaces on structural assets.  The foundation products in the range compliment graffiti abatement. Many of the new products are more diversely formulated to cover a broader variety of needs.

“TUFF COAT” - Gloss & Matt Clear (Permanent Coating)

Is a product of advanced water borne coatings technology which results in a highly resilient, permanent protective coating system. This easy to use, two pack water based coating formulation is based on high quality polyurethanes whose inherent hardness and chemical resistance will ensure long term protection. ELCO Tuff Coat is low odour, water clean up and suitable for both internal / external use where a rapid curing, hardwearing, stain resistant coating is required. Most paint, marking pens, gum, grease, crayons and lipstick can be easily removed from ELCO Tuff Coat, once cured, by using ELCO Remove-it. Available in 1lt, 4lt packs.

“PROTEKT-IT” PLUS – Matt Clear (Sacrificial Coating)

Is a single component water based coating system. This coating acts as a sacrificial barrier against all forms of graffiti , pollutants, moisture and even the penetration of felt pens, crayons and spray paints. It can be applied onto painted and unpainted surfaces including concrete,  stone, timber, brick, concrete blocks, sandstone, limestone, Hebel blockwork, artworks, murals etc. Easy to apply.

Graffiti is easily removed using hot water without damage to the substrate

“REMOVE-IT” -

An environmentally safe, biodegradable, non-caustic cleaner for the removal of most paint, marking pens, gum, grease, crayons and lipstick off a variety of raw masonrysurfaces. Ideal for removals from surfaces protected with Tuff Coat or with Protek-it. It may also be used on ceramic tiles, stainless steel, porcelain, formica and most impermeable surfaces. Is also extremely effective for removal of paint and permanent marking pens from raw masonry, brick and stone surfaces. Available in 500 ml & 10ltr packs. Also available in 500 ml kit (includes protective gear and bruches)

“SHADOW REMOVER” -

A solvent-based liquid for use to remove spray paint and felt pens from unprotected masonry surfaces. Is highly effective on removal of old ghosting or shadowing of previous defacement where removal proceedures left shadowing. Best results are achieved when used in conjunction with pressure cleaning equipment. It is necessary to be aware of proper handling and using procedures outlined in product MSDS.

“ BLOCKIT ULTRA “ -

Is a high performance rapid dry, water based primer sealer with outstanding adhesion and stain blocking power. Ideal for use as a primer/sealer under oil and water based coatings. Low odour, easy application and both internal / external use. Available in 1lt, 4lt packs.

“ RESTORE N’ SEALIT “-

Clear water based coating with numerous applications. Applied to faded sound painted or pre-painted surfaces such as roller doors, colorbond fences, house cladding etc. Fast drying. Used as a sealer for concrete, brickwork is water and oil resistant. Restores colour with a gloss finish and high UV resistance with easy application methods. Available in, 1lt, 4lt and 20lt packs.

“ KLEANIT “-

Concentrated multipurpose water based cleaning agent for use to break down and remove oxidation from painted surfaces. Also removes heavy grease, oils, grime etc. This FOOD GRADE cleaner is excellent for cleaning and preparing a huge variety of surfaces. You can even clean the BBQ with ELCO Kleanit! MORE THAN 10 TIMES STRONGER AND EFFECTIVE THAN SUGAR SOAP! Available in 250 ml, 500ml trigger packs, 1lt, 4lt and 20lt packs.
